Take the exit for Broadway/County Line Road. Head north a short distance, then turn right onto Grand Avenue. Continue for about ½ mile, The Hearing Connection will be on your left at #83. -
From Merrick Road (south of the office):
Turn north onto Grand Avenue. Stay on Grand for about 1 mile, crossing over Sunrise Highway. The Hearing Connection will be on your left shortly after. -
From the Seaford–Oyster Bay Expressway (NY-135):
Exit at Southern State Parkway eastbound, then take Exit 29 (Hicksville Rd/NY-107) south. Follow to Sunrise Highway eastbound, then turn left onto Grand Avenue. The Hearing Connection will be a short distance up on your right.

Our Services
Our audiology office located on 83rd street, offers a wide range of services and personalized treatment for every patient. We gather any necessary information by taking a detailed patient history. We also offer hearing tests which may include an Otoscopic examination or Immittance Testing. At The Hearing Connection we carry most brands and models of hearing aids, musician earplugs/monitors, as well as ear molds for water protection. Our office is also experienced in performing tinnitus evaluations and treatments.
Hearing Test
The audiologist will take a detailed case history which may be followed by on otoscopic examination or immittance evaluation. A hearing test will establish a baseline test and determine the degree of hearing loss.
Hearing Aids
The Hearing Connection carries most major hearing aid brands and styles. We will help select the right device to fit your needs and lifestyle.
Tinnitus Evaluation
If you suspect you have tinnitus, our team will take a detailed history, followed by a comprehensive tinnitus evaluation and will explain the causes of tinnitus.
Tinnitus Treatment
Whether it’s earwax buildup, an infection, or long-term noise exposure, our team has extensive experience in various tinnitus management techniques.
Custom Ear Protection
Our office can help customize hearing protection so that you can prevent hearing loss. We carry, earplugs, earmuffs, Musicians earplugs and ear molds, hunter’s earplugs and ear molds, as well as swimmer’s earplugs and ear molds.
Clean And Check
The audiologist will check your device(s) to ensure they are performing at their fullest potential.
Emergency Hearing Aid Repair
The audiologist will inspect and evaluate your device(s) to diagnose the sudden decrease in performance. The device(s) may be repaired in our office or may be sent to the manufacturer depending on the issue.
Hearing Aid Reprogramming
The audiologist will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the device(s) to determine and ensure proper performance.
