Office Update Regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus
We understand this is an extremely difficult time for everyone and wanted to let you know that we care and are here for you.
Our office is currently closed because of the shelter in place mandate. We are complying with the order and are working to address your needs and concerns. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or problems you’re having with your hearing or your hearing aids by calling 516-798-1502 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Our tentative date to re-open is May 19, 2020
Appointment times will be spaced out to allow patient areas to be thoroughly disinfected between patients. We would ask that no more than one person accompany a patient to their appointment. Each patient, person accompanying the patient and each member of our staff will be required to wear a mask. If you are unable to supply your own mask, masks will be provided.
We will still be offering curbside service. Each patient will call the office when they arrive and the audiologist will come out to their car. The hearing aids will be placed in a box and only be handled by the audiologist.
We will still be seeing patients in the office dependent on the type of service required. In that case the patient will be allowed to be accompanied by one person if they need assistance.
We appreciate your patience during the initial reopening phase and look forward to being able to once again serve the needs of the hearing impaired in our community.
