“Thank you for your care, courtesy and common sense. I am totally satisfied with my hearing aids and I am looking forward to my next concert. My family thanks you, too. I never realized what a pain I was getting to be.”
“The hearing aids have given me a great hearing improvement and opened a part of life I was missing. They are unnoticeable, easy to insert and remove and reasonably priced. All this has rewarded my life in ways I never thought.”
“I can’t thank you enough for your time and patience in fitting me with the best hearing devices. I am so happy that I am hearing better than I have for years. This was by far my BEST gift ever.”
“I have been a client of The Hearing Connection for 7 years. Dr. Griffin is easy & wonderful to deal with concerning my hearing loss. She continues to amazes me at how hard she works with me to get me the best method and equipment to give me the maximum hearing possible. I have been wearing hearing aides for 40 years and when my Mom started to have loss of hearing I took her to The Hearing Connection and now Dr.Griffin has two very happy & satisfied clients.”
“I had a wonderful experience at my last holiday celebration dinner. We are a large family and when we get together it’s loud and chaotic. The ladies are carrying on conversations; the men are usually watching TV and arguing football. The older children are circulating and the little ones are running around and creating havoc. As much as I love it, I usually have to turn off my hearing aids or find a quiet room for a little while because the noise becomes too much for me. I miss out on a lot of good conversations.
This holiday was different. In the midst of all the noise I was able to sit with my grand-daughter and have a lengthy catch up conversation. It was very special to me because she is in college and I don’t get to see her much anymore. That conversation was not only extraordinary but life changing. It could never have happened before I got my new hearing aids.
No more turning of my hearing aids because the high pitch tone hurts my ears… No more avoiding conversation because I can’t hear or understand what is being said or because it becomes too embarrassing when I constantly have to say, “sorry but I couldn’t hear you.” I can now hear conversations in crowded noisy restaurants while music is blasting.
I owe this life changing experience and my thanks to the folks at Widex for the development of the BTE hearing aids. I also owe a special thanks and my gratitude to my audiologist Mary Margaret Griffin who strives always to find new and better ways to help her patients. I have had a great deal of difficulty with my ears and she has always worked hard to solve my problems. She did so with kindness and patience.”
