Therese joined our team in July 2025 as Patient Care Coordinator. She holds a B.S degree in Marketing from St. John’s University. Prior to joining The Hearing Connection, she built an extensive career in corporate procurement, most recently serving as an IT Procurement Manager for a large organization. As the first point of contact for many patients, Therese is the friendly voice on the phone and welcoming face in our office. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping ensure that every patient has a positive and comfortable experience. A true team player, Therese is committed to supporting both our patients and colleagues while contributing to the continued success of The Hearing Connection.
Outside of work, Therese enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, following her favorite sports teams, and taking advantage of the outdoors in the nice weather.
